    Comprehensive assessment and reporting to describe a child’s functional abilities, support needs and recommendations.

  • OT reports and NDIS review reports

    Clear, practical reports to support planning, reviews, recommendations and communication between families and providers.

NDIS occupational therapy support

Lily Vesty Occupational Therapy is a registered NDIS provider and can support NDIS participants where occupational therapy is aligned with their plan, goals and funding.

Lily can work with:

  • Self-managed NDIS participants

  • Plan-managed NDIS participants

  • NDIA-managed / agency-managed participants

Services may include assessment, therapy, family support, school or kindergarten collaboration, Functional Capacity Assessments, OT reports and review reports.

A service agreement may be completed before services begin.
