Why choose Lily Vesty OT?
How occupational therapy can help?
Many parents contact an occupational therapist when they notice their child struggling with daily activities. Lily can help with:
Fine‑motor and hand skills: difficulties with handwriting, using scissors, tying shoelaces or manipulating small objects.
Emotional regulation: frequent meltdowns, anxiety or difficulty coping with changes in routine.
Sensory processing: over‑ or under‑reacting to sensory stimuli, such as loud noises, textures or movement.
Self‑care routines: challenges with dressing, toileting, mealtimes, sleep or personal hygiene.
Play and social participation: difficulty making friends, turn‑taking, sharing or joining in with group play.
School readiness and participation: problems with classroom tasks, following instructions, organising belongings or remaining seated.
Building independence: developing planning and organisation skills to support greater participation at home, school and in the community.

An initial assessment will help Lily understand your child’s needs and determine whether her occupational therapy services are the right fit for your child and family.
Support may include occupational therapy assessments, therapy sessions, family support, collaboration with schools, kindergartens, paediatricians and GPs, Functional Capacity Assessments, OT reports and NDIS review reports.
Before services begin, a service agreement will be completed that clearly outlines the services, costs and expectations.
